You can do something similar with the minimal install ISO, which is only about 11M. You can boot that and it'll grab all the packages needed for the install over the internet. After it's installed the base system you can choose what other package sets you want to install like, Web server, MythTV, Ubuntu-Destkop, Kubuntu-Desktop and presumably UbuntuStudio.
