On a linux box, you should find the iso at:
/usr/share/virtualbox/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso
On the internets, you should find the iso at:
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/4.1.6/VBoxGuestAdditions_4.1.6.iso
