However I would now recommend Xandros to any converts from Windows to Linux: 1. The interface, such as the File Manager is similar to Windows and won't scare them off. The power of 'eww I don't like the look of that!' *patter of feet running back to Windows* should not be overlooked. 2. It's a simple clean looking distro with the minimum of clutter. 3. It's got Debian under the bonnet so updating is as easy as pie.
