I'm looking through the source code for Libreoffice, sadly, no such feature exists (yet!). While it isn't Zoom, and nor is it LibreOffice, you might want to take a look at OBS Studio and see whether it would be a better way in the future.
https://obsproject.com/It allows you to Stream Live Video and has all the necessary bits to present parts of your screen and mix with other video feeds. etc... etc... quite a few features.
There is a learning curve attached, of course, so it probably wouldn't have helped you in the short notice you had.
