Further to the above, I have found the following in a help web site which is all about problems getting to the BIOS.On 02/04/17 18:49, mr meowski wrote:Please do let us know what your system integrator has to say when you speak to them! CheersAs another follow up after my chat to my system integrator. I have contacted the local computer shop in Holsworthy, as ever very helpful. They do have some USB to PS2 adaptors and I can have one for nothing. They also have a PS2 keyboard available which I am welcome to borrow to see if that works. So will pick it up tomorrow to try it out. Neil
"Some PCs with both PS/2 and USB connections are configured to only allow USB input after the POST. This means that if you're using a USB keyboard, it could be impossible to access BIOS. In that case, you'd need to connect an older PS/2 keyboard to your PC to access BIOS."
Well, my computer does indeed have both USB connections, several in fact, and also a PS2 port. So I will see how a PS2 keyboard does when I borrow one tomorrow.
