Minimum requirements for lovefilm.

512mb RAM
Microsoft silverlight
Try this
Control click during playback of a film.
Go to settings.
Remove tick from "Enable hardware acceleration"
Close.
Let me know how that goes.

Mind you the "problem" seems to be present on lovefilm but she is totally sure its my RouterBoard that she is sure i have messed up (i would love to see her it qualifications) any other device works just fine, but she is the only lovefilm user.
Perhaps i should setup some torrents and the like...

I know what the others are saying about your ISP but i cant believe it is unable to stream video.
Had a quick google, suggested changing your wireless channel on the mac book pro.Check the MBPro see if it is leaking bandwidth.
I suggest you try streaming video from other devices
