Yes Got mine yesterday but forgot to get an Sd card so waiting for that to arrive before playing.
I managed to get an 8GB SD card working but it seems a bit slow. I see there
are different 'classes' of SD card out there, am I right in thinking the
higher the class number the faster the card?
It's one factor, however there are other factors IIRC, and in-theory the
Pi won't drive class 10 cards due to them needed a 1.8V driver voltage.
(It's negotiated after starting at 3.3v) I've learned too much about SD
cards recently )-:
And there are issues with some SD cards - some simply won't work, some
will give you filesystem corruption errors (I have one of those - a
transcend class 6, but others using the same card have no issues at all!)
Best to stick to a bog-standard card and just put it up with the fact that
it's somewhat sub-optimal and unlikely to change much...
