I'm sure it isn't just IOS devices which do this kind of thing.
Quite a few devices tend to get confused when connected to something
like the SWGfL. Which dosn't allow non proxied web access.

Or because they don't actually look at the lease time at all. I've
various devices do this.

Did you use "transparent proxying" or send a PAC file?
