Hm. I've recently gotten hold of some "vintage" computers - 30 years old and one thing that really doesn't last is the (electrolytic) capacitors in the PSUs (and elsewhere). So first job when restoring them is to replace the caps before they blow up, smearing crud all over the circuits and blowing up the old DRAM in the process..
