[LUG] sort of solved Was easy backup program

it seems dar has -s size - b -p options (s for slice  b for bell and p 
for pause) so it should stop after each slice and beep so I can copy 
that to dvd delete and continue. Not ideal but pretty close - just need 
to wrap that in something....
