There has already been several rounds of redundancies - this time they're talking compulsory ones. My wife was made redundant from DCC a couple of months back as part of the youth service cuts. Still, could be worse at least Devon still has a youth service - just. Other counities have dumped it entirely - Gloucestershire is in the process of selling off all their youth centres )-:
