As someone who provides training I can honestly say that it
would not cost them any more to have training in
Libre/OpenOffice than it would to have training in Microsoft
Office.
If they were considering 'upgrading' to MSO 2007/2010 from 2003
(which seems to be quite prevalent in business still) then they
would likely be facing the prospect of requiring some retraining
anyway so why not bare the cost of the training and forego the
cost of the license upgrades?
