You need to maintain your written document showing you have checked and comply the various standards. You may need to lodge a copy with an authorised recipient. (In case you disappear, die, go bankrupt etc.) (We do it for many complex petrochemical processing machineries that could cause severe life problems (toxin production)/fire etc problems if wrongly used. Mainly it is just a documentation exercise but takes time. Regards Eion MacDonald
