We have a number of users who collect their email directly from the 1&1 server by POP3, and who are never in the office - literally, *never*. I don't want to have to phone up 20-odd people and talk them through how to reconfigure their email client (a mix of Thunderbird (yay) and Outlook (boo)) to pick up their email from us instead of from 1&1. They're not the most tech-savy bunch I've ever met. Ah, the joys of jumping in and trying to fix the mess left by people who came before me.
