We used to use them at my previous job (in fact they still do) to host some pretty hefty stuff and always found them very good. Quality of service is as good as any large company I've come across and support is as good as only a small geek-run company can be. The only problem I can see is that you'll have to travel to London to get physical access to your box. Which could become an issue depending on where your situated and what sort of thing you're going to be doing with the machine. Although I'm not sure what sort of co-lo services are available closer to the SW. If you can't get fairly speedy physical access to the machine I'd certainly give serious consideration to not co-lo'ing. It was bad enough having to travel from Soho to the Docklands on the odd occasion a kernel upgrade went wrong, or a piece of hardware failed. I can't imagine how awful that would be if you're several hundred miles away!
