Not sure about colo.  when we were looking into it really didn't seem 
worth the effort so we rented.

We rented a server from Redstation, www.redstation.co.uk.  Only just got 
it so can't really comment on the service.

Other than that, someone I trust about these things recommended Black 
Cat Networks, www.blackcatnetworks.co.uk.  Quite a small company but 
they look like a good deal.
