Well I downloaded "eagle-usb-2.1.1.tar" from www.eagle-usb.org.  The  
instructions are quite easy to follow.  It's just when I try to connect  
I'm told that nothing happens.  I'm just wondering how does Mandrake know  
what number to dial?
