Yes, it is. Sort of. As far as I can tell, Mandrake have taken the decision to release their final Release Candidate as a "community edition" and many of the bugs in 10.1ce will be resolved for 10.1final. It will be a couple of months (at least) until 10.1final is available for download from Mandrake. Obviously, if you subscribe to their MandrakeClub you can get ISOs for 10.1final before they're released to the general public, but you can also do that by buying it! It's not quite "cooker", but it certainly isn't a final release version. A long way from RH/Fedora's release structure though. Grant.
