I did read a mention on the router manufacturers site about XP experiencing difficulty retrieving a network allocation via DHCP.It is an issue with the router,but I have neither the time nor inclination to pursue it,since I never use XP these days. I dunno...perhaps I'll "ring the bloke" and tell him his routers work "perfect" under GNU/Linux? Sadie
