-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Just a quick query: I currently have one hub connecting three machines. If I connect a second hub to the first hub, do I need a different cable or do I switch on the 'Uplink' button on the hub (and which hub)? 1->Hub1 2->Hub1->Hub2->4 3->Hub1 Will that just work? (There will be more than just 1 machine on the second hub eventually.) (I want to keep the two hubs as one is upstairs and one is downstairs! It'll save running multiple Cat5 cables up and down.) - -- Neil Williams ============= http://www.codehelp.co.uk http://www.dclug.org.uk -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE+Pq2fiAEJSii8s+MRAotyAJ9ktjj7aApNKq5un6v0+syQXXfM9gCg0ZE5 Hp10Im13fElw7aYWU4QLZ74= =BK3G -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
