Well i've just got an email about a servie outage -- guy.service / severe ?
service, sorry.
So if you're a BT Openworld ADSL user, and you talk to support, mention that you use lixux, and ask them to tell their centre manager.Kewel.. is lixux a new os ?
lol, kinda like lummox ;) sorry about my typing, i'm so busy and my mind is on 100 thigns at once :/ my spelling and typing always gets affected first. second warning to slow down is when i sit in the corner dribbling ;)
Myabe if they get told enough times they will see people are using it, and maybe even support it, or at least let us be with linux while phoning support.oh look.. a flying pig !
you never know - one day it has to happen. After using kde3 on my desktop quiet happily wihtout having to tweak a thigns for months, i can honestly say linux is almost ready the be the average users desktop, imho. it does hwoever need to be setup first, which i can't see my parents doing just yet (the meantal-image of my mother editing an X config file is just hilarious) ;) ~Theo - -- Theo Zourzouvillys http://zozo.org.uk/ Caution: breathing may be hazardous to your health. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.7 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQE9O/OL448CrwpTn6YRAgOiAKDzZM0/CgkICUuItBe9KvtYCyPhyACdFQKN AiUJpSkZfelm69jo1gn6oWQ= =P4I2 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
