Your DATA rate is 8Mbps/448Kbps but the line reports MAX rate of 10/1. There is no reason why you couldn't benefit from all the best bits of ADSL2+ unless your exchange doesn't support it. If you're on TalkTalk as GH suggests, they put their own equipment in the exchanges so maybe that isn't up to date, or there's a fault. If you're on a "superfast" package, they aren't doing everything they should be to get you that "superfast" rate.
All that said, the complaint is about reliability not speed, so are you experiencing packet loss (e.g. no reponse to page requests, pages that seem to lack styling or frequent but intermittent scripting errors) ??
