About DCGLUG

The aims of the Devon and Cornwall GNU / Linux user group are :

• Promote, advocate and support the use of Free software and GNU / Linux within Devon and Cornwall.
• Provide platforms for help and support.
• Promote alternatives to closed source software or platforms.
• Promote useful information relating to FLOSS and related topics.
• Hold regular ‘physical meetings’  which are more social gatherings.
• Provide a platform for discussion via our e-mail mailing list, IRC and Social Media.
• Promote and support related activities and or groups such as code club.
