There's no mention of 9000, however.

AIUI, 27000:2018 is the latest version, and that's what you'll get from
the link above.

I'm not responding to the rest of your message (which I read with
interest), as there's nothing I can say that adds value.  ISO standards
ratification and auditing is something I've never had any significant 
dealings with.  That always landed in the laps of people higher up in the
organisations/companies I worked for.
