It's probably OK but might depend on your requirements. E.g:
The WiFi connection is highly likely to be slower throughput and higher latency. So
if you want to ensure that you're getting full wired ethernet performance, you could
consider turning off WiFi to make sure traffic is routed over wired only.
Some networks may route WiFi and ethernet traffic differently so connecting via one
and not the other may be preferred. If this is the case, you'll either need to check
your routing table (`ip route` in Linux) or disconnect the one that you don't want
to use. I'm pretty sure as you're asking the question, you're unlikely to have a
special set up like this.
