Almost certainly not.  DVDs are easy to read.  It's BluRays where the
battle is everlasting.

Here, libdvdcss2 hasn't changed since Sept 2022.  That's it's
installation date (this machine didn't exist before then).  In reality,
libdvdcss probably hasn't changed in a much longer time.
