I've been looking at alternative approaches to wind/wave/water and tidal
and have come up with a few ideas I'd released under
https://opensource.org/CERN-OHL-S. I'm not very good at building stuff
and am looking for help building some prototypes, I am also prepared to
provide some funding for it. Please contact me off list for further details
