While all headers footers etc. are viable for electronic users, the courts usually demand a printed copy of *the text*, not the header, footer, especially for inter-country export import problems and disputes. Thus I kept text copies of all emails for contract and bids in a separate folder that could be printed off. All text copies were time stamped by date of arrival or sending on my machines. Includes sender , recipient, CC and if issued by me BCC email addresses. Papers were lodged as printed files with courts in UK, Sweden, Russian Federation, P R China, Japan etc. -- Regards Eion MacDonald -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG https://mailman.dcglug.org.uk/listinfo/list FAQ: http://www.dcglug.org.uk/listfaq
