Let's go with Grant's Jitsi meeting. If it gets to about 12.30 and people are struggling to get it to work, we can always shift to Zoom as a backup.

Since t'is the season for everyone to stay indoors and keep away from the rest of the population, would it be feasible to have "online" meetings instead of face-to-face? I use Zoom with my clients a lot, but I appreciate that it isn't really in the spirit of the GLUG to be using such non-Free Software. Now that I have figured out what was going wrong with Jitsi Meet

(turns out the problem was me!) I'm happy to use that (I have setup a

meeting already on

Zoom as kindly setup by Andy. I'm happy with either, or anything else

for that matter, but we should probably agree on something prior to

Saturday 28th at 1200 else we'll all end up sitting at our screen

wondering where everyone else is.
