That gets applied to sender domains that have DMARC policies - which
would/could prevent the mails from being delivered when sent via the list
server (as we can't DKIM sign them on the sender's behalf or meet their
SPF criteria).

Currently this list is set to dmarc_moderation_action: Munge From in order
to overcome this.
