And it does!
Thunderbird users who may not be aware of this helpful feature click on:
Tools -> Message Filters -> New; then instead of selecting Subject etc
from the set drop-down list, click on Customise to add to the list. Type
in the new message header e.g. 'List-ID' then click Add, then OK. When
you select from the drop-down list now your new choice will be there.
