Interesting to see a SFP on a board...
Out of interest, I stumbled on this recently:

This is basically the same board that pfSense use for their SG1100:

pfSense's board has all the GPIO connectors removed + some other hacks... whether
that means that the pfSense image is modified to detect this, I'm not sure
Anyway... another interesting SBC...
