https://tmate.io/ ? You need something where there's a central point of access unless you have a fixed IP and port forwarding set up ... HOWEVER: If he SSH's to you, forward a port back through the SSH connection (tunnelling) to his end, and you should be able to SSH into His computer, with an appropriate username and password (he can create this His end, hopefully). This usually looks like ssh [-L|-R] localhost:localport which maps to HisIP:SSH (plenty of docs on Forward and Remote port *TUNNELLING* in the man pages/etc. https://www.ssh.com/ssh/tunneling/example Should be much simpler than doing reverse-SSH nonsense ...
