Hi all,
It's almost Plymouth LUG time again. Usual time and place (Sat 24th, 12, Moments
Café, Plymouth). Perhaps a quick 'hands up' on the list if you're coming?
One of the women working at the café says she might bring in her old laptop to try
out Linux. Quite an old laptop with Windows 10, so really slow. Any thoughts on a
good noob distro for a non-techie with a Windows background?
My default is Ubuntu 18.04 for this kind of thing, but perhaps someone might want to
argue for Mint? Or something else?
