Hi While you're setting this up, the easiest thing to do is to move the network cable between the two units at the router end. and connect to it via a cable from a PC. Work from the Draytek backwards, remember - once you've
told the Draytek to turn off DHCP server you will not be able to
connect to it again until it's plugged into the Netgear. (So while the Draytek resets itself, plug the Draytek directly into the Netgear and it'll receive an IP address from the Netgear). I've tried to call you but it seems your phone is switched off -
