- Thread-topic: [LUG] [External] ARM NAS+ platforms?
This seems to be the state of the art currently:
Macchiatobin: https://www.solid-run.com/marvell-armada-family/macchiatobin/
RockPro64: http://wiki.pine64.org/index.php/ROCKPro64_Main_Page
Rico 3339: http://www.aaeon.com/en/p/pico-itx-boards-rico-3399
Orange Pi: http://www.orangepi.org/Orange%20Pi%20RK3399/
Unfortunately they're all currently effectively unobtanium. It seems
that we're right on the cusp of the new wave of RK3399 based SBCs however:
http://opensource.rock-chips.com/wiki_RK3399
These have actually been available inside Chinese HTPC type "Kodi boxes"
on Ebay for months at ~Â100 but it's taken until now for the SBC
manufacturers to bring the first development/hacker board SKUs to
market, and they're still not quite there. I suspect this subject will
be worth revisiting in another six months when RK3399 based boards are
commonly available?
Just need to be patient a little bit longer...
Cheers
