I will see what i can record on Sunday as a full 9m of video, other than that I have no idea, I just press the record button and was questioning why I get the same time estimate regardless of if I am using a 64GB card or a 16GB card. I have no idea how to check results sorry, From the camara manual Individual movies can not exceed 2 GB in size or 29 minutes in length. If more than 2 GB are avail- able, the camera will show the time remaining for a movie 2 GB in size. â Use a G card or better when shooting HD movies From the manual HD is defined as 1280 a 2gb card can take 9 mins of movie so 2gb in length which is the max, which makes sense when 4gb can store 18min of movie, which I am guessing will be split in to 2x 9m blocks and an 8gb card can have 4x 9min movies at 37 mins.
