I have used this way for many years and while I get an older (2 to 3 year old machine) I get one that works well and sometimes with a 3 year warranty. I have used both "Dell Official UK Outlet" store and two companies who are used by Dell to re-sell returned but re-furbished computers. Depending on what's in stock you can buy from about Â200 to Â3000 (The big price two-three thousand is for graphics intensive top range machines.
