Leaving aside any design / grammar issues, one plus point for anyone
with poor eyesight is that it is high contrast; unfortunately that is
let down then by smaller fonts and the look not being consistent
across the whole site. There again if as Grant said it was a school
project it does what it's supposed to.

I haven't been involved in accessibility for a while but last time I
played people who needed certain fonts and colours used their own custom
CSS to override the site ones.

Its worth playing with your own - you can make sites legible again and
prevent people wasting their lives arguing over what colour and fonts
'mean'!
