Ubuntu have *finally* rolled the new intel-microcode packages after some
foot dragging so Ubuntu (and Mint, etc) have the fixed packages for all
supported versions as of about 15 minutes ago.

Debian aren't quite ready yet outside of Sid:

You'll probably be wanting to do a full apt dist-upgrade on your systems
now and make sure you've got current series kernels too before
rebooting. Don't forget there are still firmware (BIOS/UEFI) patches
from your motherboard vendors to go yet - those of you who are lucky
enough to even get them.
