The *good* news is that you could easily drive two external 1080p monitors from that simultaneously. However, that Samsung doesn't have Display Port or HDMI 2.0 so you can categorically rule out 4k@60Hz which effectively means you can just rule out 4k completely. The internet does show that people with very similar units (Lenovos, Dells, etc) with the same CPU and port assignment have serious problems even getting 4k@30Hz working - manufacturers have been taking shortcuts with the TDMS bus connecting the HDMI port to the HD4000. Possible workarounds involve setting custom graphics modes and overruling stored BIOS values, none of which sounds very palatable. Windows users are reduced to overriding artificially kneecapped Intel display drivers and playing with all kinds of workarounds - Linux users basically cross their fingers and hope for the best. Which if you're super lucky _might_ just get you 4k@30Hz but probably won't. And 30Hz refresh rates will make you go blind and curse your purchasing decisions very rapidly... TL:DR - forget that beautiful new 4k IPS panel unless you have other machines that can drive it and you don't mind taking a massive display quality hit every time you run it off the laptop. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but at least you had the sense to check before buying.
