There's no problem here: that "Super Administrator" account is literally
just the standard "Administrator" account - Windows is working exactly
as expected.

Presumably your regular user account is a member of the "Administrator"
system group anyway so you don't need to do anything special. Not sure
why you couldn't rename a USB stick but I personally just right click
the device in windows explorer and choose "rename" when I need to do that.
So as there isn't anything wrong with that Windows install does that
mean you can avoid all the other issues and don't need to
reinstall/reactivate Quickbook now?
It kind of sounds like you might want to run things the "other way
around" from how you've got it setup at the moment - convert the windows
install with quickbooks into a virtual machine and then clone the USB
OpenSUSE installation onto the internal disk instead. Or maybe not!
Cheers
