A few quick questions..

Did you replace the micro-server with something else for network storage?

You mentioned the PC is for "home media/school homework pc" - is this also doing video editing?

What display are you using?

Overclockers are sometimes pricey, you often get free delivery etc with eBuyer.com

Motherboard that allows a few years of upgrades

i5 intel

What would you suggest please? I was going to use overclockers.co.uk for gear because I have used them before but I'm open to any help.
