Tails in a virtual machine, puts all traffic over Tor from the virtual machine.
Whilst the obsessive security folk will be worried about Hackers breaking out of
VMs, if you just want to use the net with minimal hassle by passing geographical
restrictions it's fine. Although it's only just getting up to running video over it.
How much real privacy it gives is another question.
