RFC
Software is needed which will accept and download all or some of every part of a web page, appearing to be the user's browser, and route the adverts to /dev/null while passing the meat to the browser for display.
Optionally, if it could have a passlist and a blocklist to assist the viewing of specific adverts this might be useful.
Optionally it might split the page into two, adverts and not-adverts, driving a separate browser window with the adverts.
Optionally it might deal with trackers and cookies not on the passlist by maintaining a pool of them with its peers and swapping more or less randomly.
It might be a Squid redirector, perhaps.
