Ah, so not so much stubborn as, well, as you say, a pretty typical user.
Fair enough then! If he's got multiple devices to sort out as well then
doing it remotely would probably be a bit of a pain. Fortunately for
him, apparently lots of people here are indeed more patient than me (not
difficult).
