Yes.
Very bad idea though.
You've just halved the overall reliability of the system - lose one drive you lose both drives worth of data.
My suggestion:
Remove the small drive. Throw it away.
Add in 2 x 4TB drives and configure them as a mirror (RAID-1) and use that as data storage. Configure the existing 2 x 1TB drives also as a mirror and use that for the OS, etc.
Optionally; Listen to the cool kids who'll tell you about zfs.
Can't help with dropbox - I gave up on it years ago.
