I have a written document on remembering strong passwords which I give to my mother. If you like, I'd be happy to write up that document leaving it open for others to edit if they wish.

I am guessing this then also stops them setting something weak but any
other plug-ins that complement this would be useful
Once we are up and running perhaps an article on setting / using
strong passwords would be a good idea, helpful generally not just for
the website.
