That's true, but to force volunteers, and let's face it, most mailing lists are run by volunteers, to do the work for them isn't, IMO, ethical. It's also no coincidence that all the companies that have that DMARC p=reject policy (google, aol, yahoo, et al) are also tarred with "spammers haven" brush.
