6pm is fine. I am not there, but Harri or Paula can let you in. Hang on if there is no one there as Harri will come over from the afterschool club they also run. we will post a phone number on the door if we need you to call so someone can come and unlock. I will ensure the HP file store and HP login servers are available for you to setup. I will probably put them in the parent room downstairs as then you have lots of space and 2 network sockets - or you could use the conference room upstairs as that has more network and power. Paula can then lock up at the end. Please let her know what your timetable is. Thanks for all you do I am not sure I will be around for the second Friday in August either, but perhaps we can make another date to look at putting the wifi points up. You could try to survey the building for wifi I guess this week.
